Earlier great accomplishment makes them feels there is no threat and paying attention only on internal factors. Complacency clinches the status quo and it is happening everywhere and for worse, people did not realise that they fall in that situation.

In order to overcome complacency, people need to really sense the urgency in the crucial and right issue. True urgency is determined by deep will power to win, and not worrying about losing. False urgency is usually mistakenly perceived as true urgency. It is driven from the wrong energy which leads to stressful manner of working. The action is much more activity than productivity.

In order to increase the sense true urgency, reaching the feeling in the heart is needed to create the prevailing useful actions of true urgency. They were five key characteristic to aim the hearts which are create clear picture of how to achieve the goals, activates all the senses needed, felt that crisis might be a blessing in disguise, avoid explaining experiences which difficult for other people to understand and emotionally embrace goals.

The author suggests four tactics to increase true urgency in an organization. First, bring outside reality into groups that are too inwardly focused by creating stories and emotionally compelling experiences. Second, behave with true urgency every single day. Third, look for the upside possibilities in crises, seeing a threat as a potential opportunity to destabilize an overly stable organization. Forth, confront the NoNos. Don't accept that an organization must put up with people who relentlessly kill urgency, whose reaction to any new idea "no, no you see...”. In order to get and maintain the success or achievement in an organization, keeping the urgency up at all the time is also required.

If we If we do related it to the current government policies, true sense urgency is highly essential. In a fast-moving and changing world, people who are sluggish or persistent pleasure with the status quo will be left behind. The business-as- usual behaviour need to be totally abolish from each and every one of a government servant. Speed and accurate action need to take place so that the service delivery could be improve beyond the normal expectations.
